What is the CDL Operator position?

This CDL position isn't your typical driving gig; it's hands-on, involving manual labor alongside our operational crew. While you'll operate truck-mounted equipment like air movers, vacuum trucks, and roll-off trucks, driving is minimal. Expect a physically demanding role, working outdoors in Utah's varying weather conditions. You might join tank cleaning crews or assist technicians, akin to a cement truck driver spending more time outside the vehicle. Although a CDL is required for this role, it's more than just transportation—be prepared for physical tasks such as navigating stairs and lifting up to 35 pounds. Additionally, within the plant, drivers do not make it to high-range gears and there is limited driving at slow speeds, and a clean-shaven appearance is required.

What Qualifications does the CDL Operator position require?

Class A or B CDL License, with Tanker Endorsement (Hazmat a plus!)
Safe driving record & good MVR. Vacuum truck experience a plus
Team player with a good attitude and schedule flexibility
Physically Fit for physical work requirements (and Respirator Fit Test)
Onboarding and Random Drug Testing
