Competitive Mileage Pay:
• Earn between $0.67 to $0.74 per mile.
• Get compensated for every drop, hook, and fuel.
• We value your time and pay you for your wait time after 30 min.
• Overtime after 8 hours daily.
Benefits:
• Medical, dental, vision – You choose which plan suits you and our family.
• Single person pays up to 2% of gross income.
• Entire family pays up to 4% of gross income.
• 401K match up to 5%.
• Accrue 80 hours of PTO within the first 11 months.
• Holiday pay after your 90 days.
• Cell phone stipend.
• No touch freight.
• Home nightly.
Responsibilities:
• Safely and efficiently tractor trailer combinations between terminals or meet points.
• Adapting to challenging conditions like inclement weather and various road conditions.
• Ability to meet the Company’s reliability standard for employees.
• Ability to chain as needed and to work in inclement weather is required.
• Availability to work weekends and/ or nights if needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• At least 21 years old
• Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements.
• At least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience with similar equipment.
• Doubles/triples & chaining experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid DOT Medical Certification.
• Must have a clean driving record. No DUI, reckless driving, or positive drug/alcohol screen in the last 3 years.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and dispatch/managers.
• Basic English proficiency in reading, writing and verbal communication.
