*Pay*
* Hourly rates range from $12 to $19, depending on the schedule.
* Pay raises are awarded with milestone achievements.

*Schedule*
* *Shifts:* 4 to 10 hours long
* *Part-Time:* Scheduled 1-3 days, with additional shifts available based on your availability

*Qualifications and Requirements*
* Must be 25 years of age or older.
* Valid U.S. Driver's License with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
* Must pass a pre-employment background check and saliva drug screen.
* A clean driving record: No more than 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
* No driver's license suspensions within the past 3 years.
* Successful completion of the Driver Training Program is required to become a certified Alto Driver.
* Fluent in English.

*Physical Requirements*
* Able to communicate verbally and follow directions from our dispatch team.
* Comfortable with navigational apps (e.g., Google Maps, Emails, Web Browsing).
* Capable of entering and exiting the vehicle consistently to assist customers with their luggage.
* Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly/occasionally.
* Must be able to sit for extended periods.
