*How You Will Make an Impact*
Our guests seek professionalism, honesty, and credibility. As a Service Technician, you will be one of the primary team members responsible for delivering elevated hospitality by ensuring par excellence of our vehicles. Your efficiency of service and repair will directly impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.

*Responsibilities:*
* Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
* Interact daily with customers, Service Advisors, other Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates, and Managers
* Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to ensure customer loyalty
* Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication
* Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the customer
* Conduct multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of customer vehicles
* Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order
* Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
* Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
* Achieve targeted Customer Satisfaction Index

*Skills Needed to Win:*
* 3+ years prior automotive diagnostic, repair experience required.
* Previous experience with heavy line work including: transmissions, diesels, electrical, and reading diagnostic codes.
* Able to read trouble shooting charts
* Provides their own tools
* A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
* Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
* Possess a valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
